Our Fleet
Our small company does not price by whether you require a 3 hour, 6 hour or even longer hire. The car and chauffer are yours from morning to your wedding reception. With up to 75 miles of travel included, (extra milage charged at £2 per mile), this gives you a definitive costing for your day.
A major advantage that we have as a small company is that you will always be able to speak directly to the owner. Answers will be provided in a quick, professional manner. These can be emailed, texts or even old style, by phone.
Dependent on distance and timings, we can collect and take bridesmaids, the bride’s mother, before returning for the most important person of the day.
All bookings include suited chauffeurs who are friendly, professional, reliable and nothing is too much trouble. They will arrive with you at the appointed time, taking away the worry of punctuality.
All details will be worked out with you, and we include practice runs on our own time, in order to familiarise the chauffeurs with routes, timings, and any road works which may be taking place.
Deposits would be required to book your vehicle(s) of choice and your date.

All Prices Include
Car and suited chauffer – our clients have the option of the driver either wearing a black chauffeur’s uniform or smart tailored three-piece suit with tie and pocket square.
Collection from home, drive to ceremony, drive to reception. RS Wedding Cars will drive you to your chosen venues. If your reception and wedding ceremony are in the same location; RS Wedding Cars will give the bridal party an opportunity for an intimate drive, or a drive to a special location, allowing them to have photographs taken, unwind and to relax before returning to the wedding reception and their guests.
Ribbon & Adornments – the Bentley will be dressed with a high quality 50mm coloured grosgrain ribbon of your choice and matching ribboned flower to decorate the bonnet (fresh flowers or other adornments will be at the client’s expense).
Bottled mineral water (choice of sparkling or still).
Small vanity pack (tissues, wet wipes, hand gel, breath mints, lint roller).
Umbrellas (two large).
Alcohol – RS Wedding Cars are fully alcohol licensed. You can request Champagne, Prosecco, or wherever is your favourite tipple of choice. Just let us know upon booking. Within the boot-space is located a small fridge enabling drinks to be chilled prior to serving.
Booking Conditions
A non-refundable deposit of £150 will secure your day, date, time, and car. An email will be sent to you via our website to confirm. We will contact you within 48 hours to confirm this. Payment plans will be available. Full balance to be received 8 weeks prior to wedding day.
Booking for a funeral, where time is more pressing, please ring and the date, if available, will be secured. Deposit of £150 required to book the car and driver. Full balance required before day of funeral.
Terms and Conditions
RS Wedding Cars reserve the right to use photos of your day on our website. However, if you have personal wishes for this not to happen, please let us know.
A full itinerary must be confirmed at least 1 week before booked date.
Access for the vehicle. Please ensure that there is available space for the vehicle(s) at the collection address. Room to manoeuvre, turn around if necessary and park. The driver has the right to refuse to drive on surfaces that he believes may damage the vehicle, or to drive any area where he has decided may be unsafe to himself or the public. In such circumstances he will park at the nearest safe and legal place that is possible.
Delays/breakdowns and adverse weather. Whilst every effort is taken to ensure you are provided with as smooth and a hindrance free journey as possible, there are things which may happen outside of our control. Delays and breakdowns may occur. In such circumstances you will be informed as early as is possible. RS Wedding Cars reserve the right to dispatch a second vehicle as a replacement. If there is a monetary difference between vehicles, refunds will be given that covers the difference. If the replacement vehicle is of a higher cost, this will not be passed on to you. This option of replacement can be refused by client and a full refund will be awarded.
Extreme weather conditions may occur. RS Wedding Cars take safety of clients, the public and our drivers very seriously. If weather conditions are deemed too hazardous, dangerous to drive in, you will be offered a full refund. However, under such weather conditions it may be that the wedding has had to be delayed. The client will be able to rebook.
Damages to vehicle and abusive behaviour. Any damage to the interior and or exterior of vehicle that has been carried out by the client, any member of the wedding party and/or other guests attending the wedding/occasion is strictly the responsibility of the client under whose name the booking was made. They shall be responsible for all repair costs, loss of bookings and any other costs that are incurred due to the damage. The use of silly string must not be used near to, or inside the vehicle. This can cause damage to paintwork and the leather. The client will be held responsible for cleaning costs, damage costs and loss of booking that may occur due to the damage.
Our car(s) will arrive to you in a clean, presentable condition. The throwing of confetti, rice, or any other material inside the vehicle is forbidden.
Limitations of liability. While every effort will be made to ensure a smooth beginning to your wedding and throughout your time with us, we will not be held responsible for incorrect advised timings, traffic delays, weather conditions, incorrect advised address details.
